Cursor’s Agent makes your game’s assets through the Summer API: 3D models, images, video, voice, sound effects and music, saved straight into your project.
1

Connect

This adds Summer’s MCP server to ~/.cursor/mcp.json and installs the summer-api skill in ~/.agents/skills, which Cursor reads. Add --scope project to write .cursor/mcp.json in this project instead. Reload Cursor after it runs.
2

Sign in once

The browser opens the Summer sign-in page. Sign in with your Summer account, pick a spend limit for this agent and choose Allow. The sign-in renews itself, so you do this once per computer. There are no API keys to copy.

Ask for assets

Ask in plain words, in the Agent chat:
Prompt
The agent uses the summer-api skill: it picks a model for each asset, prices the jobs with summer api estimate, asks you, then runs them with summer api run --download assets (or --batch for many). Every file is also saved to your Summer library.

What it costs

Every model has one public price: per model, image or clip, per second, or per 1,000 characters. It is the provider’s list price. No markup on assets. A failed job costs nothing. The defaults: Every other model and its price: models and pricing. Prices checked up to 2026-10-24.
  • Priced before it spends. The agent reads prices from summer api models and prices each job for free with summer api estimate (POST /v1/estimate). Ask it for the total before a big batch.
  • Paid from your Summer credits. Jobs use your paid credits: your plan’s credits and your top-ups. No plan is needed to start.
  • A limit per agent. You pick a spend limit when you choose Allow. Change it or revoke the agent any time in Settings > Connected apps. See sign-in and limits.

Next

  • Models and pricing: every model with examples and its price.
  • Jobs: queued, running and done, batches and webhooks.
  • Errors: no_credits, over_limit and what to show the person.
