SummerMatchSettlement - Summer Engine

Class: SummerMatchSettlement · Inherits: RefCounted Immutable, complete server-visible match settlement. Returned to the authoritative game only after Summer Platform commits the match result. The authority deliberately transforms this value into separately declared private or public projections before completing the World.

`settlement_id`	String	read-only, `get_settlement_id()`	Durable settlement receipt identifier for diagnostics and replay correlation.
`settlement_version`	int	read-only, `get_settlement_version()`	Negotiated game-visible settlement contract version. Unsupported or absent required versions fail closed.

Returns the settlement for the exact verified Session object, or null when the Session was not part of this settlement. Matching never trusts a caller-supplied string.
