# What do I need ready to publish?

> A checklist before you publish on Summer Games: a Summer account, a build that exports, store text, store art per store, a price choice, and analytics events if you want them.

Tick each item before you submit. Your agent can do every item except the ones marked **you**.

## The game

* [ ] **A Summer account**, signed in. **You** sign in once; your agent cannot sign in for you.
* [ ] **The platforms** your game ships on: web, Mac, Windows, Linux, iPhone, Android. They decide which stores your page needs. See [Export your game](/publishing/export).
* [ ] **A build that exports** without errors for those platforms, with a version such as `v1.0.0`.
* [ ] **The game starts** from its main scene and plays without errors.
* [ ] **A multiplayer game** has its server preset. See [Publish your game](/build/publish).

## The store page

The **desktop store** is summer.games and the Summer Games desktop app. The **mobile store** is the Summer Games apps for iPhone and Android. You need each store your platforms open.

Details and the reasons behind each rule: [Store art](/publishing/store-art) and [Store page text](/publishing/store-text).

## Money

* [ ] **Free, or a price.** Free is the default. Players can tip you. See [What does it cost?](/publishing/cost)
* [ ] **For a price: payouts set up.** **You** connect your payout account in Studio under **Get paid**. Until then your game stays free.

## Optional

* [ ] **Analytics events** for the moments you want to count, such as `level_completed`. Summer counts page views, launches and play time for you. See [Analytics in Grow](/publishing/analytics).
* [ ] **A private preview link** to show the page to a friend before you submit.

## Let your agent check

<Prompt description="**Check what I still need to publish.** Your agent reads your project and store page and lists what is missing. No changes.">
Check whether my Summer game is ready to publish on Summer Games. Use the
  Summer Engine MCP and follow
  [https://docs.summerengine.com/publishing/what-you-need.md](https://docs.summerengine.com/publishing/what-you-need.md). Don't change
  anything yet.

Read my project and, if it has one, its store page (summer\_store\_get\_listing).
Then tell me, item by item, what is done and what is missing: platforms, a
build that exports, store text for each store, every art slot, the price and
  payouts, and analytics events.
</Prompt>

## The last step

* [ ] **You** click **Approve publishing** on the link your agent gives you, or **Submit for review** in Studio if you do it yourself. See [Approve publishing](/publishing/owner-approval).
