# Can my AI agent publish my game for me?

> Yes. Claude, Codex or ChatGPT can make your store page and art, export and upload the build, and submit it through the Summer Engine MCP. You click Approve publishing once.

**Yes.** Your AI agent can do every step, from the finished game to a submitted store page. Only one step is yours: you click **Approve publishing** on the link your agent gives you. After that, Summer reviews the game, and it goes live when the review passes.

## What your agent does

<Steps>
  <Step title="Finds your game">
    It lists your Summer projects and your store games, or makes a new store game with your title and platforms.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Writes the store page">
    A tagline, descriptions for the desktop and mobile stores, tags and the age rating, from what your game really does.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Fills the art">
    It uses the art you already have in My assets, or makes new art with Summer, crops it to each slot and uploads it. See [Make store art with your agent](/publishing/generate-store-art).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Exports and uploads the build">
    It exports your game with Summer Engine on your computer and uploads it. Summer checks it on every platform.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Submits and gives you a link">
    It submits the page, the build and the price you asked for. Nothing is published. You get a link to approve it.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## What only you do

| Step | Why |
| - | - |
| **Sign in** to your Summer account the first time | Your agent acts as you, so you say yes once in your browser. |
| **Click Approve publishing** | You see exactly what will publish: the page, the art, the build and the price. Your agent cannot approve for you. |
| **Set up payouts** for a paid game | Your payout account is yours. |

There is no second click: once you approve and Summer's review passes, the game goes live.

## Ask your agent

Connect your agent first: [Connect your agent](/publishing/connect-your-agent). Then paste the master prompt from [How do I publish my game on Summer?](/publishing/summer-games#let-your-agent-publish-it), or this shorter one:

<Prompt description="**Publish my game on Summer Games.** Your agent does every step and stops at the approval link.">
  Publish my Summer game on Summer Games. Use the Summer Engine MCP and the
  `publish-your-game` skill, and follow
  [https://docs.summerengine.com/publishing/agent-checklist.md](https://docs.summerengine.com/publishing/agent-checklist.md) from top to bottom.
  Ask me only what my project does not say. Stop when you have the approval
  link, and give it to me.
</Prompt>

## Is it safe?

* **It never publishes.** A submit from an agent waits for you. The Summer Games store refuses any other publishing step from an agent.
* **You see what you approve.** If the page changes after your agent submits, the link stops working and your agent must submit again.
* **You can say no.** Click **Not now** on the approval page, or ask your agent to withdraw it.
* **The price is yours.** Your agent only proposes a price. It is set when you approve, and only if your payouts are set up.
* **Art uses your credits.** Making new art uses your Summer credits, so your agent checks My assets first.
