# Operations: analytics

> How your game is doing: views, launches, sessions, play time, events and funnels. For each operation: what it does, whether it asks you first, its inputs and an example call.

How your game is doing: views, launches, sessions, play time, events and funnels. 7 operations. How to call them, and what the answers mean: [Operations reference](/mcp/operations).

<Note>
  Generated from the `summer-engine` npm package `4.2.0`: its public operation catalog (`registry/operations/public-catalog.json`) and its engine and local operations. If something here is wrong, the operation's definition is wrong.
</Note>

| Operation | What it does | Asks you first |
| - | - | - |
| [`analytics.event_limit`](#event_limit) | The person's monthly limit for custom game events: the amount included with Summer Pro, their cap, the limit now and the events so far this month. | Never |
| [`analytics.events`](#events) | The custom event names and property names a live game sent in a window, with approximate counts. | Never |
| [`analytics.funnel`](#funnel) | How many identified people reached each of 2 to 8 ordered events in one live game, possibly across runs. | Never |
| [`analytics.overview`](#overview) | Store page views, launches, play sessions and play time for each of the person's games and in total, against the days before, with one reading and next step. | Never |
| [`analytics.set_event_limit`](#set_event_limit) | Ask the person to change their monthly custom event limit, up to the cap, or back to the amount Pro includes; events past the included amount may be billed later. | Always |
| [`analytics.summary`](#summary) | One game's numbers for 7, 28 or 90 days: views, launches, sessions, play time, every day, top custom events, players and return, interest, sales, price and this month's event usage, with one reading. | Never |
| [`analytics.trend`](#trend) | Daily counts (or unique people) of 1 to 10 named events in one live game, or one event split by build. | Never |
