# SummerAuthorityLeaseStatus

> Read-only projection of authority lease health.

**Class:** `SummerAuthorityLeaseStatus` · **Inherits:** RefCounted

Read-only projection of authority lease health.

Contains no credential or renewal route. A hosted authority reads its native process ownership decision. A retained reference reflects later lease renewals and loss; game code cannot renew the lease or revive a fenced authority.

## Enums and constants

### State

| Name | Value | Description |
| - | - | - |
| `STATE_UNAVAILABLE` | `0` | No qualified lease proof is available. |
| `STATE_ACTIVE` | `1` | Active. |
| `STATE_EXPIRING` | `2` | Approaching expiry. |
| `STATE_LOST` | `3` | This authority has lost ownership. Late renewal cannot revive the same process. |
